World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Item upgrades are a key element of enhancing your character. Upgrades increase the damage of your item and the ability to enchant.
They also provide bonuses and improvements. item upgrade can be purchased through the Blacksmith.
Players can recycle any item by pressing the upgrade button on it. Each recycled item adds one level to the upgrade gauge.
Weapon
When a weapon gets upgraded, it receives a base damage bonus, as well as an increase in the scaling factor that affects other stats. Certain upgrade components come with cosmetic effects, while others offer additional benefits. These upgrades can be added to armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools. Most require that the item is equipped with an upgrade slot and meets certain specifications. Once a weapon or armor piece features an upgrade component within it, it is able to be upgraded, but the prior upgrade will be destroyed (except for legendary equipment and upgrades). Upgrade components can be retrieved by using a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool, or by using a salvage tool of high-end quality on the item the item.
In addition to the standard upgrades, a weapon can be upgraded using an attribute called Calibration that increases certain stats, such as Weakspot Damage or Crit Rate. This can be done via the Gear Workbench interaction menu. Depending on the weapon tier the process can be repeated up to four times.
After the weapon has reached its maximum level of upgrade, it can then be reforged to add different bonuses and effects or improve specific stats. A variety of these upgrades can be applied at once, and their effects vary depending on the quality of the weapon.
Two Blacksmiths can perform these upgrades in the game: Blacksmith Iji on the Road to the Manor Site of Grace and Smithing Master Hewg at the Church of Elleh hub. Both upgrade materials differ: Smithing Stones to modify the damage weapon does and Somber Smithing Stones to modify the standard weapons.
In general, it is recommended to upgrade weapon damage first, followed by armour defense, then the other secondary stats as required by your build. It is not uncommon to see melee Druids upgrade their weapons before upgrading any other gear. This will increase DPS. This is especially relevant for enchantments that enhance a weapon's stats and damage.
Armor
Item upgrades allow players to increase the stats base of certain pieces of armor, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools. These upgrades can also have additional effects such as increased damage or cosmetic enhancements. Item Upgrades are available by crafting, purchasing from NPC vendors and loot drop, or as quest rewards.
item upgrading of armor can be done by visiting the Armorer NPC and spending appropriate currency. Most armor will upgrade to the next level after an upgrade. This is possible for any type of armor, but some items cannot be upgraded in any way (such as the starter armor in Great Sky Island).
The majority of armor upgrades boost the strength or defense of an item by only a tiny amount. Some upgrades, however, can result in significant increases in defense or strength. This is especially relevant when upgrading epic items.
In addition to enhancing the defense base of an item, a few upgrades also offer specific abilities that can be activated while wearing an armor. These abilities can be useful in combat, for instance giving a boost to attack speed or blocking. Certain upgrades also have passive effects, such as decreasing the amount of damage taken while wearing armor or granting the ability to deflect attacks.
Upgrades to armor could require multiple attempts, based on the type of armor. If a player wants to upgrade Steelclash armor into Dragonscale The first attempt will result in a brand new Dragonscale armor that has the defense base ranging from 59 to 67. The second attempt would result in the creation of a Dragonscale armor that has a base defense of between 67 and 77.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild lets players upgrade their armor sets to level 4. To do so it is necessary to visit each of the four locations referred to as Great Fairy Fountains in the game. Each of these locations houses a powerful fairy who can upgrade a piece of armor for the player.
Despite popular belief it isn't a necessity in The Division 2. The reality is that certain armors come with very substantial enhancements to poison or curse, fire, or magic damage reduction, which makes them invaluable for specific builds. There are also ways to boost armor stats beyond the use of upgradeable armor, such as the engineer trait that increases armor penetration, or the challenger trait to lower total weight.
Potion
A potion can be upgraded by putting it in a brewing stand to unlock new effects. The upgrade opens a new tier of potion effect, and can be repeated to unlock more tiers of potency.
The potion also gains a custom color code that the player can pick using /give and which can affect the area-of-effect clouds as well as arrows produced by the potions. In Bedrock Edition, the custom potion color also applies to the potions' particle effects.
The water bottle, a common thick and awkward potions now have a brand new texture of brewing. In the Creative Inventory the potion healing and weakness have been added. Addition of lingering potions, that can be prepared using splash potions or Dragon breath. Also added is a thick potion which has the status effect Mining Fatigue. Trinket
A trinket is an ornament that is small and inexpensive or piece of jewelry. It could be a ring, necklace, or even a small flag that is used to identify a boat's yard that is lateen. It can also refer to a gilded trinket on the mast of a ship.
This macabre trinket appears to be influencing denizens in this maze by making them more prevalent. At the moment the trinket makes all types of mimic Xx more popular and gives every floor the chance to have an ebony mimic. This trinket is priced at a moderate amount of energy to upgrade.
The magic of the enchanted Scepter appears to affect the dungeon, increasing its likelihood of producing water and grass. This trinket, at its current level will cause X% of regular floors to be filled with grass or water. It will not affect glyphs, enchantments or cursed weapons or armor, or items that are produced to aid in the elimination of hazards rooms.
This item, which looks like a eyes of a nymph, seems to affect your vision in a manner that goes beyond just decreasing your field of view. At the moment, this trinket can increase the total health benefits of drinking potions of healing, waterskins and wells of health by X% and grants mind eyesight on enemies within the Y tiles. This trinket does not stack with the Increased Senses.
After you have completed the Mastery Cave after completing the Mastery Cave, you can find Trinkets by beating Monsters and inside crates and chests in Skull Cavern. They cannot be found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.
When you find a trinket that needs to be upgraded then place it in the Anvil to do so. This will affect the trinket which is random, either increasing or strengthening its effects. You can reorge the Trinket for as many times as you want, though it will always have a different effect than the one that it had when you forged it.
You can also improve your Trinkets by putting them in a magical catalyst at the Alchemy Station. It will cost you 6 energy, but increase the power of the trinket by a tiny amount.
